Yeah makes no sense to me. Even if the batters aren’t set, surely you’d rather actual batsmen facing it than lower order players.

Teams love to keep it as a wildcard but I feel like if you just banked 25-30 runs off overs 10-11 every match you’d be well ahead of everyone. I think the best surge average this season is 28 or 29 which can’t be that hard to hit if you kept it simple.
