Just thinking out loud here, but why did I track an IMS action on MBR on N3?

We know it wasn't a kill action as they mauled the doctor that night?

So it had to be a seer or a recruitment visit.

If it was a recruitment it would have failed, implying that IMS did not have a wolf on board.

But if it was a seer it would imply that IMS did not know who the wolves are and has recruited two villagers.

It's looking like worst case scenario here.
