I think rewarding the players with a **** by some decent chicks after the game would keep them more awake than coffee.

didnt say that is was new , more of a this taking no doze is not a new thing , which some people are unaware of

Is there research/evidence that taking no doze before a game actually helps in some way? Wouldnt mind getting a teeny lil advantage when I run out on the field...
Or does it only help if your feeling a bit tired and need a quick pickup?
Coz Im always pumped and ready to go, so might not need them.

I just remember a vision of Fev taking them at half time..

Not sure why people have to attack the OP, they obviously thought it was topical.

There has been some research to show caffeine can help muscles store glycogen and break down fat as an energy source so you muscles are able to keep glyogen to use later. Ive also heard it had help the blood carry more oxygen buti dont see how. If anything caffeine help more with endurance than short term supposedly.

On the other hand its been shown to constrict blood vessels to the heart and brain and raise blood pressure. Depends who you ask. I used to drink 2 of the big v's before playing soccer and seems to have more endurance but might have just been a placebo. If you do take some drink some extra water becasue it increase the blood flow to the kidneys so you will dehydrate quicker.

Actually it wouldn't, not at all

Yes it does

Cocaine, which acts quickly, causes initially a sense of wellbeing and self-confidence, a surge of great physical strength and mental alertness, a feeling of being more than equal to any task or challenge. The user is wide awake, feels himself fueled to think, talk, act and work. He does all of these rather compulsively. He is "speeding."

You are faster, stronger and absurdly alert with no inhibitions/fear, it also reduces fatigue. You'd just have to load up at the end of every quarter so you don't have the effects of coming down off it.
