we should deffinitely have a crack! he is an absolute superstar of the game and would attract a handsom amount of members! he has played in 2 grandfinals and won a brownlow in the last 3 years... and he was on ice! thats how good he is. is superfit and superstrong. would love to see him in the blue and white. did you see him when he returned this year. absolute ball-magnet! and he was playing with a hamstring injury

Might sound crazy or the chardy is kicking in but, we have a quite a bit of WA connection at North, and, for one OUR COACH..think about it in degrees of separation, didn't Dean Laidley play in the same team as Mainwaring who saw Cousins before he passed away if stories are true? Now, if Dean gave Cuz a call and played the West Coast team card and said "Listen here, mate, you've lost a friend, someone I also played footy with, IF, you can guarantee to get your act together, we'll give you all the help you need etc how about coming over to North and playing for us, away from all that Perth media cos in Melbourne there's more fellas under the microscope and we don't let USC anywhere near Arden St"

Meanwhile, WC are chasing their butts trying to do deals regarding Judd and would probably be pleased to see Cousins go considering the alledged circumstances of Mainwaring's demise (who i liked as a footy player).
