Just because his knee hit a goal post doesn't mean there isn't a structural weakness, you do understand this, yes?
What do you think is more likely- max has a 'structural weakness' in his knee that, in a lifetime of playing football, has only ever shown itself once when he kicked a steel goalpost....
Or he got unlucky and his leg was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Admit that you had zero idea of how max actually did his knee before you shot your mouth off in here so we can all move on please.
Btw- this happened to max in like his 2nd game back from his ACL, no damage done other than a jarred knee (his reconstructed one):
So now that I've presented 2 major pieces of evidence (the way he did his acl and how he handled a bighit to his knee post surgery) which describe how max has no 'structural weakness' in his knee, care to share your evidence that he does?
Or is it just the 'vibe'?
Thanks captain obvious. As much as non-Saints fans are invested in Ben staying ...... what is an absolute given is that there will be a lot more salty tears if he goes than if he stays
Yes and the one team he will end up at ..... General DenialThanks captain obvious.
Obviously. Because he is our player.
St Kilda is just one of the 17 other teams in the league.
I'd say it's probably a genetic structural weakness upon reviewing this evidence. What do you think is more likely- max has a 'structural weakness' in his knee that, in a lifetime of playing football, has only ever shown itself once when he kicked a steel goalpost....

People who have some club / player connections seem to think its been in the bag for weeks. Well before the injury. And it's been publicly reported as a 2 year deal on the table for him. This is actually a huge win for the Suns. They will still offer the same contract irrespective, but other clubs may baulk given the injury. Expect a solid 3-4 year contract signing midway through the year.
What a waste if he stays at the suns

You haven’t provided any evidence champ unless you have looked over the scans and assessed both the injured and non-injured you really can’t say if he has strong knees weak knees or average knees
Freo has at least made and won finalsHow in the hell is a Freo fan gonna sledge Suns? You’re both expansion clubs with perpetual mediocrity lmao
There is thisHow in the hell is a Freo fan gonna sledge Suns? You’re both expansion clubs with perpetual mediocrity lmao

Really?Hawthorn were in the box seat
He isnt saying that with knowledge, he just thinks we are paying noone so we can get himReally?
That was my assumption too, but it kinda read like he may have known something. He isnt saying that with knowledge, he just thinks we are paying noone so we can get him
Very simple and uneducated view
Wtf are you on about. The Dockers have literally nothing to do with east and south freo. If anything they had more in common with claremont given the senior coach and amount of claremont players they took in.Freo expansion club? LOL!! Yeah righto clearly know nothing about east and south freo football history!!

That's simply not trueWtf are you on about. The Dockers have literally nothing to do with east and south freo. If anything they had more in common with claremont given the senior coach and amount of claremont players they took in.
The Dockers were created by the AFL. There was no merger between East and South freo who btw hate each other. Many east and south freo fans were rusted on Eagles.
The Dockers were literally a franchise created by the AFL with very little input from either south or East freo on that decision.
But sure has the name freo in it so must be EaSt and SoUtH fReO
That's simply not true
Negotiations between East Fremantle and South Fremantle to enter into the VFL as a merged club began in 1987. However, due to an exclusive rights clause granted to the West Coast Eagles this would be impossible until the end of the 1992 season. Further applications were made by the clubs to join but their model was out of favour with the West Australian Football Commission.[7]
Just not true.there were a bunch of clubs that applied to the VFL in the 80s to join the AFL. west perth and east perth were also trying to do it. but the idea of merging south and east was not wanted by their fans or either club. hence the statement the paragraph provided said they had tried to negotiate the merge but it never got agreed to, they then made own submissions which is not what the AFL wanted.
btw that bid and discussion has literally nothing to do with how fremantle dockers came to be. there was no involvement with the WAFC. they literally decided over east at AFLHQ that another WA team was going to happen and they told them thats how it was going to be. there was actually a bit of push back at the time over it.
i mean think about it for more than 10 seconds, do you really think 1) both of those clubs liked the idea of merging with the other... 2) THEY WOULD USE THE NAME THE DOCKERS!
never mind the fact they were never actually merged.
from memory its covered in warners book. they basically chucked the side in there, gave them literally no assistance and let them fend for themselves.
there actually was a stronger connection between east freo and south freo and WCE at the time given the players they had like mainwarring, matera, jacovich, sumich, watters, wilson, worsfold, waterman.
They don't!!!!Just not true.
WA commission knocked it back because they wanted full control.
You claimed Freo has "nothing to do with east and sth" which is simply untrue .
I must have been seeing things when I saw the Dockers training facilities at Sth Freo oval. They don't!!!!
Fremantle literally have no connection with east or south freo.
The only club they do have a connection with is peel thunder which is in mandurah!!!!
