As Dwayne noted our first 8 Rounds are 'terrrouhgh"

I'm as anxious as Arden watching Married at First Sight about the first half of the year and how it will play out.

It looks like a pessimistic outlook for my relationship with Nmfc by mid year...still in love but maybe looking to go out a few more times with the lads rather than hang out with you on a Sunday twilight Nmfc...thats how I feel right now.

Prove me otherwise !

Wat are your thoughts on best and worst case scenarios by mid year?

Best case ; competitive without playing the likes of Thompson, Swallow and Hansen.

Worst case; competitive playing the likes of Thompson, Swallow and Hansen.

I really hope we dont end up in no mans land come seasons end......... probably my biggest fear.

Agree but the ladder is going to be super condensed this year which works in our favour

Best case 6 - 6 with 2 if not 3 rising stars. Durdin. Simpkin. Preuss.
Turner, Hrovat causing teams trouble.
Williams & Tarrant starring. Clarke & Dumont ripping it up. Daw has kicked 32.
We were 2- 4. Wood returns and we win 4 on the trot.

Worst case. 2 - 10. Gibbo leading B & F. Waite does a knee. Sack Scotts thread makes Herald Sun front page with courts and lawyers involved. Gaso considers retirement.

If Waite did a knee it really would just force the coaches to play our future forwardline.

Worst case scenario is Waite playing ever game and every other forward being rubbish.

Best case is we improve off all our prior ordinary years - doubtful but possible.

Lose every/most games and Scott is sacked so we can move forward, sounds exciting.

But i don't really want that either as it means we are going terribly to make that happen, and i hate losing.

Quite the conundrum.

Worst case, we lose games and Brad sticks the same 22.
Best case, we lose games and Brad plays blokes on merit and form.
It's an exciting time, but we must ensure we find out who our core players, as more big changes needes at the end of this year.

Best case is 8 wins and the media about to jump on the bad wagon.
Worst case is 3 wins and the media saying Intold you so.
We can make the 8 this year.
We seem ready to have a red hot crack.
We have an easier draw than last year.

Yeah. This makes sense to me. The worst option is to not develop players, then to reach a point where there is a reliance on the under-ripe youngsters to stand up when injury claims a regular 22 member, and nobody knows if they can do the job.

Best case - We lose games, are competitive and are playing a 22 that are there on merit and skill for the position, Lynch comes to Arden street and forms another Brown-Lynch partnership

Worst case - Same 22 week in week out. Brad making little to no effort to play kids i.e. Neilson, Mckay, Durdin etc..

Westgate scenario - Majak gets bodied out in the goal square by a midfielder again...

Hey I never said we aint about to start a seven game winning streak- it could be on the cards:D

Although I am checking the draft boards currently who are the stand out picks at around 3-5?
One of Lukosius, Rankine, Walsh, Max King, Ben King, Ian Hill and Bailey Smith
