I vividly remember Yasir Arafat. He was the best death bowler we've ever had and he certainly would be in my all time Scorchers XI. Bowled most of his overs at the death where he was really economical and he was one of the big reasons why we've been able to defend low totals during his time with us. A memorable moment was that tied game against the Sixers where he took four wickets and in the super over he went for one run and took two wickets which we were able to win.

He had a lethal slow full toss that dipped and his yorkers were accurate. Also had the best slower delivery as well.

A bit behind the ball here - but Adam Zampa is one of the least likeable cricketers in the Aussie circuit today

The arrogance of the bloke. Clearly rates himself. Expects to walk into the test side after one mediocre first class game after sitting out for three years.

The fact his side is rock bottom of the BBL and about to lose yet another soft game is an added bonus. They were in a near unlosable position!

I won't pretend to be unbiased here but he's been one of the best spinners in International cricket in the other forms for the past few years and had clearly been told by the selectors he was a very good chance of going so I don't think it's unreasonable for him to be disappointed he's not going. It's not as if they've picked four Warne's in the squad either.

I just saw Beau Websters two roof hits today and I’m sorry but no way that should be awarded a 6. Those two balls went straight up and weren’t making the boundary like in previous cases

Cricket and logic don’t always meet but I’d have thought the logical rule would be to call it a dead ball and bowl it again. Awarding a six for a shot that may otherwise have been catchable seems unfair
