Fair summer for him. Captained two championship sides, and player of the final in two championship sides.
It will be interesting to see where he goes from here; he pretty much completely dropped off the radar as an option for the Australian white ball teams, but now you have people throwing around his name as a potential captain because of how good a summer he had and also his success in captaining the Scorchers and the Marsh Cup sides. But it seems kind of crazy to be talking about him as a captain given that he hasn't played in the green and gold for more than a year and a half. His role as a finisher and part time bowler also might have too much overlap with the likes of Maxwell and Stoinis.

Batting lineup would have to contain Inzamam, Ranatunga and Booney in there.Merv Hughes and Boof would definitely be on there.
