This one belongs in the strange and unusual deaths file, an Italian surfer was speared in the chest by a swordfish and died. That's got to be a one in a trillion event.

Wow, that really is a freak event. I don't think too many other people would have been killed by a swordfish before, it's kind of like being fatally struck by a meteorite or being born and dying both on 29th February.
