Great to see Tigs back. Keep fighting your ailment, mate. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer about 30 months ago, with a survival chance of at best of 4-5 months, but now my specialist has given me a chance of living a fair chance of a few more years, because of the way I have been responding to treatment. Positive outlook and personal aims, are a big factor in beating ailments. Keep up the fight, you mighty Tiger fan. I will.

I just listened to the Tigercast and once again a great show.

Would disagree with the assessment of Cumbo. The bloke tries his guts outs each week, so can't fault his effort. Some of his pressure numbers have been at team high levels.

Lack of footy nous makes some think he is not trying, he is. Cumbo doesn't read the fall of the ball well and is easily manoeuvred out of the contest by taller opponents. His strength is when the ball is at the ground level or getting hit up on a lead. The ball hasn't been coming in well enough for him to get hit up on a lead often.

Also Cumbo is more one-sided then our free kick counts. Never looks confident when shooting from left hand side of the goal which means would have to banana the ball with his left foot. Never looks like scoring a goal on that side.

With Cumbo's weaknesses I don't see him as good enough for AFL but can't knock him on his effort.
