Guess Cuningham will have a couple of weeks in full training, then VFL-ready for June 3 match v Frankston. Would give him 3 VFL matches, then be AFL ready after the bye. Still time to show his worth in the remainder of the season.
The way he has improved to be that A grade player we missing over this injury period should have 35 disp 8 tackles and 3 goals first up in only a lowly rated VFL affair surely

unless we have a new injury crisis both need to prove fitness and form in the VFL for me - TDK more likely to be rushed back, given the depth of the relative positions
Expecting TDK in as well.

Never forget the day he tore the injector's a new one and was BOG. Just hope he can have an injury free run for the rest of the season. He has class, pace and is a beautiful kick. Always been one of mine.

Your osteopath doesn't seem to understand the concept of patient confidentiality.

If true sounds like you might be better off finding another osteopath. Very, very strong suspicion that it is not.
Just to clarify....

1. My osteopath didn't treat Honey
2. He didn't say the info came from Honey's osteo

Not surprising that a positive story like this has spread to others in the osteo community. Players talk. The club may be mentioning it to osteo's they are trying to recruit. Who knows? Could also have mayo on it or be rubbish, so don't take it as gospel.

I just hope our new osteo can help Honey find the pill.

Problem was he did it for a half - second half hardly touched it .. but all the best to him -- hopefully Brian gets his name right if he lights up again

So another osteopath thinks that patient confidentiality doesn't exist so tells yours.

Yours has the same lack of respect and tells you because you are a random carlton supporter?

It's a surprise that's it's spread in the osteopath community. If it is true both should be struck off.

Once again I am very very confident that it's not.

More "injury niggles" for Martin concerning his calf which prompted his withdrawal from the VFL team today.
Why he hasn’t been sent to a specialist overseas I do not know. Clearly there is a major issue with his calves. I wouldn’t mind if we put him on the inactive list to get himself right for next year. He is 28 so if he can get himself right and have a decent year next year he could conceivably play for 2-3 more years. If he continues next year as he has the past two season then his career is over so it’s actually in the best interests of the club and the player. It would also open up a spot on the list for the club to select someone in the mid season draft.

For real? What disgraceful player management

100% agree.

He has played 2 games in 10 weeks after being rushed in for round 1 from calf niggles during the preseason. This after having calf issues all last year limiting him to 12 out of 22 games. Just make the call to sit him and get him right. If we can get him right he could play for 3 or 4 more seasons.

The comparison is Burgoyne whose knee was supposedly cooked when he arrived at Hawthorn aged 27. They got him surgery and basically sat out his first pre season at the club and didn’t play until the second half of the year, but then he barely missed a game for 5 years.

He's done. We need to trade him at seasons end.

He’s worthless. Best chance for us to extract any value from him is if we put him on the inactive list now and get him right for next year in the hope he can turn himself around. As Ald Gardiner said it just screams of shocking player management.

Club should encourage him to retire. Do a deal and provide him a job post footy at the club or via sponsors...

The list spot outweighs any financial penalty to pay him out or his perceived "up side". We need the depth
