Ross’s roles on TV and radio would of helped him tidy up a few areas and perhaps see the game in a different light.

Appears to be refreshed, added to his toolkit and seemingly has the hunger which are all positives.

Our development has been poor, which has nothing to do with talent in the door. Development is the footy department’s job, which is currently being gutted.

I belive it was mentioned but so has some whimsical stuff for a laugh so take it with a pinch of salt. Just to clarify my point was that I believe we need a player of that ilk to go forward with immediate effect and that Cerra fits into the developing mid category of which Dow etc may already. I look at Parish’s year and think these developing types could do the same with some extra grunt around them and less heat on them.

Listening to Ross dissect these finals games is awesome and to anyone thinking the game has past him etc just listen to see how he is analyzing the games and the knowledge he has of our game is second to none.

We could not be asking to have a more credentialed footy mind in charge of our list.

Cmon on down Ross.

I like the way he pointed out each teams strengths and then picked apart how to stop them and get it on your terms.

Sure beats "We'll just play our way." and then letting the opposition do as they please.

Because he doesn't like Liddle. Not happy with how Teague got himself appointed. Not a fan of the defensive coach. Gave Judd a piece of his mind before he left and told MLG to listen to him instead!! Oh and because the Carlton is low balling his son.

No one loves Carlton more than SOS despite what people think so if Ross comes in as coach and Liddle is out that would be make him very happy and why he is going to the top shelf.

Didn’t have a problem with that. He openly said it was a confidential arrangement, so out of respect for that he wouldn’t comment - other than to read out a brief official statement. I’m sure there are legal ramifications if he said too much or said the wrong thing, so to read it off a piece of paper is totally acceptable IMO.
