But before that we need to convene a selection committee which will take another few weeks to assemble and announce. Liddle might be asked to sit on the selection committee as his last task as CEO before we give him a chance to provide us some feedback before sending him packing.

I’m a little more cautious. When Greg Swann came he was considered the best in the business (or close to it). He’s further cemented his reputation at the Lions. With us, his time is viewed as being underwhelming. For even an experienced and good operator like Cook to work out, will require hard work from others to sort out our culture and processes. I definitely hope Cook comes across though.
