if Cook rumour is actually true then it will probably take a week from their last match to be announced. Don’t think they would do it immediately after (like today) would they??

Perhaps when you've spent 17 years giving your heart and soul to an organisation, you might like to tell some people personally rather than let them hear it in the media. And just maybe you'd like to let a day or two pass after a gut wrenching finals defeat. Give the man some time and space for a classy exit. Then lay out the red carpet.
