Mirkov is so far away from playing as an AFL ruck it isn't funny. He should not be included in any discussions. Darcy (and just about any other AFL ruck) would snap him in half in his first CBA. If somehow he survives that, he will be completely useless around the ground

We have one AFL capable ruck and one that will be if he adds 10kg this off season.

But I'll tell you what he does do. He improves the performance of our midfield. Significantly.

I agree but the writing seems to be on the wall for big framed tap ruckmen.

I mean, Brodie Grundy was probably the best ruckman in the league (with the exception of Gawn) before he got injured, but now the trend is one mobile ruckman that can go forward and one part timer. I think TDK & JSOS will see a lot more game time than Pitto next year.

I'm not particularly tall (184cm) but my mother and father are both only like, 5'7 at most. My maternal grandfather though was 6'2 when he was younger, so looks like I inherited my above average height from there. Cripps must be the same, he and his brother are genuinely enormous.
