Kemp has it. Watching his reserves performance, tells you that. Kemp has not been given the opportunities playing only 6 games. Too many line ball selections choosing plowman over kemp or playing 3 under developed smalls over Kemp. Yes, his ground ball game needed to improve but sometimes you have to have faith in a kid. Voss should take the pressure off him and give him the first 6 games
pretty sure voss would value plowmans experience over kemps potential at this stage. Plowmans seen a lot of footy some would say too much - but in a crunch moment in a close game plowman would be better equiped to make the correct decision and i dont think kemps ability at this stage would be that much better if at all than plowmans

I don’t trust Plowman running around in a Home & Away game, let along a ‘crunch moment’ we need him to execute a spoil or take an intercept mark.

Been a good servant for the club, we haven’t had many other consistent contributors, but it’s time to move on from him.

Contract extension

Not announced yet but...

One could say they are looking to make it a double.

Marketing involved. With the new major sponsor wouldn't be shocked if they did a 'on the SIXT day of Christmas...' type announcement

The double was 100% in play. Damn

Be interesting to see how he handles Ross’ hard edge if he gets picked up, though Ross himself recently admitted he had mellowed a bit.

Ross's mantra in the past, has been very clear. Wants all his players to be able to run hard both ways and always with a narrow scope of deviation from a gameplan and tactics

A little surprised that Stocker will be training with the Saints, but I do hope he gets on a list again

Stocker has received a huge kick up the backside & wake up call, if he wants to be an AFL footballer the experience will do him the world of good, with commitment, application & good effort reckon Ross will get the best out of him.
unfortunate for us, but I’m happy for the lad wish him all the best at his new club.

has he though? last I heard he was still claiming he was plenty fit enough to play midfield because he once ran a 6.30 2km or something like that. Despite being slow and having to spend a lot of time on the bench in the 4th, even at vfl level.
