I love the Flanderers rumours but won't jump at it yet, for a couple of reasons:
1. Which team wouldn't be in to him, even if its purely from a due dilligence perspective? He's an uncontracted, talented player that appears to be gettable.
2. The word seems to be we don't have flexibility in the salary cap to provide Gresham with an offer that trumps the Aints. How do we manage to land Sam without losing out elsewhere?

The Sam Flanders talk excites me and know for a fact, that our recruiting department rated him very highly in his draft year.

Hopefully we can re-sign SOS really soon and bring Flanders. Gresham I’m meh about. But with Flanders I don’t think the club would be keen on bringing him if we didn’t think we could get a deal done

I'm hearing Flanders to Melbourne or Hawthorn more likely than elsewhere.

Dees make sense with their draft/trade capitalm they'll be players somewhere especially if they end up trading on Grundy as suspected.

Does any one care what Jordan Lewis says? How did he make it on to Friday nite?

319 games and 4 flags.

He's a bit of a weasel, but his credentials stack up.
Don't think he offers anything with special comments. Sniper onfield and zero charisma on camera. Obviously Fox footy disagree.

Flanders would be a great addition to our midfield, allowing to Doc to move back into defence from what now seems like our preferred 5 (Cripps, Cerra, Walsh, Doc, Hewett/Kennedy), however I don’t think he should be a priority.

HFF’s/avenues to goal first, then midfielders.
Would allow cripps rest fwd more
