Box Hill's oldest player running around each week is Matty Ball, at 25 years of age.
As a direct result of Hawthorn's youth policy, Box Hill is left with only 18-21 year olds from the AFL playing in their team. You cannot discount the profound effect a lack of experience has on the team.

Box Hill won I think by 13 points, i admit in the end i did lose a bit of interest at the scoreboard because my toes felt like they were going to snap off. It was freezing.
