I'm not entirely convinced he is 100% comfortable in Sydney... It seems an odd fit, that's just my view.

Did he ever look like settling down and having kids in Melbourne? Nope. Well that's his status up here right now. Sounds like a great fit to me.

His sister married a Sydney-sider as well (although they're currently living overseas), and he was a regular up here when playing for the Hawks.

I'd say you're the one who isn't 100% comfortable with the move to Sydney, not Buddy.

Lack of sleep triggers it. His last seizure was at 7.30am. Classic time for one to come on. Maybe more research, and less grabbing for data which satisfies your lust for anything which feeds your confirmation bias would be in order.

Do you seriously believe everything you read in the paper and on Television ?????
No wonder we have a pathetic Labor govt. in Victoria, you morons must be all be believing the socialist leftard nonsense in the Fairfax press (BTW the Chinese aren't buying up all of our country, would be totally racist to even imply that).

We've won a premiership the moment he walked out the door... Hawthorn doesn't need Buddy, sorry to flatten your ego

I would just like one of the amoebic scum buckets skiting that Buddy is an ilicit drug taker, to crawl out of the cesspool they live in and provide one piece of evidence that is not 'rumor' 'innuendo' or 'its widely known'......otherwise frankly **** off.

Many who are saying that aren't intending it as a judgement call. I've no doubt Buddy has dabbled a fair bit in his time, just like half the guys from my team. Just like half the people I know irl.

You're the one attaching negative connotations to it.

Well of course he pens a 10 year, multi-million dollar deal before claiming mental heath. How convenient.

I am guessing by your syntax that you are a neuroscientist or expert in psychopharmacology so keen to get some more insights from you. Are you thinking dysfunction in Buddy's nucleus accumbens or more of a limbic issue? Appreciate you may be occupied with Mensa related responsibilities however appreciate if you could provide some comment.

Unfortunately, there as many keyboard heroes who are mediocre humans as many good natured people. Buddy had two seizures in his time at Hawks and missed games and people said the same thing. Anyway, I wish the best for the Big Emu, an absolute champion and I hope he gets over the Black Dog.

Evans in double speak basically confirmed the Hawthorn club knew about it in his time there.

I think tige19 post might have some merit. His best mates are at Hawthorn. Jordan Lewis is in his bridal party, I assume maybe Rough and/or Gibbo are as well.

It is not a slight on Sydney but do not underestimate the stability the hawthorn footy club provided Buddy, both from within the club and his mates there. He simply does not have the same depth of relationships at Sydney after only 1.5 years.

If he missed games at Hawthorn, why didn't he miss the game the day after his seizure at Sydney?

What kind of pressure is he under to perform there?
