Don't even turn up to games, not even the Eagles geriatric supporters are that bad. Go knit yourself a straight jacket. You're going to need it when Danyle gets his two years.
I've been to more games than you have, tants.

Please take back your word regi, danyle not worth it .

I don't doubt that. I wasn't in the country for our first 2 seasons. Maybe you can join bushie supporting GWS.
I didn't say I wasn't going to support the club. I'm just not interested in making further financial contributions to a management basket case.

Besides, negotiations sometimes end in rejection, I can only hope.

Fairly sure it has been signed and they are holding off announcing it until an important match and use it to motivate the side.
Shirley you jest, Fred.

If I was one of the young guns, that would motivate me to ask my Manager to shop me around.

Too many experts on here knowing what's best for the management. Makes me wonder how much better if the board, coaches and recruitment resigned and the experts on here took over.

No doubt Freo would become more successful than the current Lyon era

If you have some of what you're smoking left, I'd like some please.

How can a flyweight who can't stick a tackle pressure the opposition?
I am sure you watch the games and can see Danyle brings great pressure, he is about the same size as most of the bulldog youngsters who absolutely destroyed us with pressure so I'm not sure what size has to do with it. (ballas, Cyril, Breust, Cameron are some other lean players who apply pressure)
His pressure, pace and tackling shouldn't be questioned, it is his kicking and general disposal effectiveness that are the downside.

You asked what he brings to the team and i answered, like i said before Ed Langdon should stay in (instead of Pearce) when Bennell comes back as i feel he can bring the pace and pressure whilst maintaining an effective kick.

You might have a point if he could ever make a tackle stick. Did you notice how easily he was brushed aside? If you're not questioning his tackling, and therefore his pressure, you're not watching the game.

He makes tackles stick more then a lot of other players in our side and thats who he should be compared to, look I'm not saying he is a god of tackling and pressure, I'm just saying that he is one of our better players at it, unfortunately this highlights a problem with our team, we don't have pace to catch players and we don't stick tackles, on the flip side we don't have breakaway pace from the contest.

Weller and Langdon are steps towards this, hopefully Crozier pulls his thumb out and Bennell also gets fit and we could be looking at a changed team. Sometimes it only takes 3 or 4 players pressuring to change a team, I mean could you imagine Hawthorn playing that game style without Cyril, Breust and Puopolo applying pressure equivalent to about 5 men, Hawks wouldn't always have a player in space/out the back for a quick release if not for these players.

In all seriousness can you explain why you hate Danyle so much please. I get people don't like some players from the team they support. But you are talking about a player who is actually rated highly by the coaches and you despise him in a way that very few supporters from any team despise a player who plays for them. For what it is worth the article talking about a two year extension made it sound like it was a formality that D.Pearce would be offered two years.
