Oh oh!Saints have asked about Brodie Kemp (trade radio).
still nothing on the ‘Carlton supporter’ who said trade 12, 14 and Weiters for Houston…Some nuffy just rang up and said Kemp and Kennedy for pick 32...
I’d give them Gov before Kemp.Saw the kemp interest from St kinda once battle starting talking hawthorn in July ..
Ross will make him a better defender and will employ his speed --
Just hope Guv stays sound . (Though hard seeing him play more than 16 games ) suppose JSos can go back ..
wonder what we can turn kemp and Kennedy into
That's an odd one.Not a trade of players but coaches... Bolton off to Saints... wonder how things will go down with SOS there. Suspect Bolton wanting to round out his coaching creds to take a shot at the Tassie role, having coached beside Clarko, McRae and Ross will be a pretty decent resume... that or he doesn't want to be the scape goat for the Pies downfall.
sOS be ok with it he is on record saying in hindsight he never gave Bolton a fair chance by cutting the list to deep aNot a trade of players but coaches... We'll be able to match a bid at 32. And that's around the mark for him.Can I ask any draft experts:
How does Sts current move to 32 affect BCam selection, given their own academy selections that they need to match?
Put another way, could SOS bid on BCam at 32?
And what is the lowest bid we could/would match for BCam?
Cheers!
(Also, keep Kemp and play as defensive third tall or running through guts as a bigger Petracca, untapped midfield potential and wasted down back)

Without going into deficit next year? Pick 40. So St Kilda could wipe most of our 2024 points out if they bid at 32.Can I ask any draft experts:

Quick question Jim if we do end up taking 3 to the draft … who would you be looking at ?Without going into deficit next year? Pick 31. So St Kilda could wipe most of our 2024 points out if they bid at 32.
After pick 18, the discount is fixed at 197 points. From Pick 43 onwards, any bid is a free hit.

Smith, Lalor, Smillie.
O'Sullivan just doesn't have the production, and looks like a lot of things need to go right for that to change.
Draper just doesn't quite suite our midfield mix, but he could still morph a bit as a player, and happy to keep Adelaide thinking we could go after him.
Langford is someone I would describe as what GWS were hoping they got with Kennedy back in the day, but I'm just not sold on his speed overall despite the fact that he'd break more tackles than most in the AFL.
