As long as Andrejs is happy and content and motivated to bust his boiler to try and be the best player he can be for the next two seasons at least, then no damage is done.

I don't particularly care if he is happy and content.

I just want to see him motivated to work his butt off and be the best he can.

He didn't have a great week. Everitt stayed at the dogs despite being a "certainty to not be at the Whitten Oval next year". His exclusive that Jordan McMahon would go to St Kilda didn't come into fruition either.
