Tbh he was probably better the previous 2 years but with team success suddenly people noticed this year.

I just listened to the age footy podcast & both Caro & Michael Gleeson had an issue with that call. Niall's take was that Weitering is a fullback so competing with may while Taylor is a CHB, a take that Caro & Gleeson disagreed with.

The proper way to conduct a review. Do it externally and get people to the club with no prior dealings with your club to tell you what needs to change and to be honest.
