And on a Thursday, too. So no actual real games until the Saturday.
Hook, line and sinker. Richmond are irrelevant.I feel the same way about watching 2 teams from Perth, I mean seriously who cares?
No matter what happens richmond will always be in the top 3 most relevant teams in the gameHook, line and sinker. Richmond are irrelevant.

NO its fact. Richmond will always be in the news and talked about alot, regardless of if they finish first or last, while bringing strong crowds every year.To Richmond supporters atleast.
Lmao.To Richmond supporters atleast.
Lmao.
Remember when Richmond last the final this year? Remember how there was no posts on the main board because no you cares about Richmond. Oh wait. Everyone on this board can't wait to get stuck in to them.
The media pumps them up if they play reasonable then ravage them when they lose.
Not even close.By that argument lolnorf is a far more relevant team. Some of their games have melted the board completely.
Not even close.
Just what we need. Last season's season opener was a snoozefest. I'm sensing a blowout by Richmond. Enough of Geelong v Hawthorn Easter clashes.
Find it interesting how thats still a thing. Since most of our 9th place finishes were all the way back in the 90s.Finishing 9th reflects Richmond. Port did a Richmond this year.
Richmond V Carlton is set as the season opener. Has for about 7 years now.The only reason I have a problem with this fixture is why the f*** do the wooden spooners from the previous season get to open the next year? I wouldn't care if Carlton had finished say 15th and then played the opener, but they finished dead last and their reward is to play in the opening gamr. The premiers should open the season (or West Coast in this case if Hawthorn would rather have easter Monday).

I was thinking something similar. The round should be opened by the premiers against the losing prelim finalist they didn't play; so next season, Hawks vs North. Should ensure some competitive matches.Should be Fremantle v Hawthorn at Subi.
Prelim rematch.
