And they took Triggy off our hands.

I know many Carlton supporters.

I feel like its time I bought them all a beer, or a bunch of flowers, or something...?

Bond was an unfortunate victim of a coach who preferred white men in grand finals. So he got frack out of there. That club was paying sticks and Bradles in brown paper bags at that time

Hope we're not making fun of Carlton too much, they didn't do too bad in the trade, they got 5 players for Menzel.
I dont mind Carlton, their supporters are definitely not as cocky as Geelong on here, hopefully Carlton rebuild and Kerridge plays 150 games for them.

Carlton have brought in 4 players from GWs + Kerridge then another 5 picks in the top 20 of the draft this year, considering Richmond give their 1st for Yarran. 10 Player rebuild in one draft, good choice IMO, hopefully they come out better on the other side.

Can't believe that one was missed. I'm being dead serious when I say it'd be close to the best deal we've done with Carlton.

To be fair, he's doing an OK job.

We have the worst board in the comp by a mile (people pulling strings from the sides). Its been cut to 10 and looks to be cut to 8 later on. We finally got a coach through a proper process (instead of a knee jerk appointment) and Bolton looks the goods. The club has been a lot more open this year by being open about the rebuild and not selling false hope. Its kind of united us (we're a pretty ego heavy club and supporter base) for the most part.

He's actually getting ticks so far.

Long way to go though.
