Geelong- When I was leaving the Prelim I didn't have Geelong supporters in my face saying how good they were. BUT with the Hawthorn game, I had morons shouting saying how good they are and showing off there 1 year member scarves.
Cats
I liek seeing the best side win. I reckon if they played the game 10 times, Geelong would win 8 - but it's always how they turn up on the day
I also like the way they play - hard and tough one on one footy, played through the guts.

Purely and simply because even after the potential to go back to back, they aren't anywhere near as arrogant as Hawthorn supporters.
PLus my Mrs' family all barrack for Geelong and if I am to even think about getting any, I better jump on the bandwagon.

Hawks because I dislike them less, well, more so I dislike less of their players than I do for Geelong. Plus it'd be nice to see Crawford get a premiership, he deserves it, and Geelong is quickly becoming unbearable. There's 3 reasons, that'll do.
I'd rather the Cats than the Hawks, mainly because I hate Clarko thanks to his sniping, king-hitting work in the "Battle of Britain".
It's also the case that, by and large, Cats supporters have a lot less f*ckwits amongst them than the Hawks mob.

Geelong. I can't support the Hawks due to our rivalry in the 80's.

Before Sat I would have said Hawks but after the game on Sat night I am changing to Geelong.
Had the most obnoxious and cocky Hawk fans sitting behind me and so did my sister who was sitting in the AFL members. My young five year old niece asked to go home early because of the degrading things that were being yelled out about people that she idolises.
I like friendly banter as well but a bit of humility and consideration would not go astray.

I used to be a Geelong Supporter before the Crows came into existance but that was a long time ago and I am going for the Hawks because they have not won a flag for a long time, the year the Crows first started.
It would be good to see Crawford win a flag, he looked shocked when he won the Preliminary Final and it would be good to see him get emotional if he can take out the big one!

haha i drove thru geelong the other day and i saw all the signs and flags. i was unsure who to go for this weeked but that experience pretty much confirmed to me that i should go for the hawks
. plus, i like crawf! And also geelong supporters keep having a whinge about cooneys brownlow. so go hawks!
The OP said NEUTRAL supporters. Clearly you are not neutral. I might have to reverse my decision and jump on the Hawks if I'm going to associate myself with morons.
Sorry to intrude on your neutral supporters only board. There seems to be a common misconception here about Hawthorn supporters. Each team have their cocky, w***er type supporters, so don't let the actions of one or two people ruin your perception of the Hawkers.

I think the Cats will win but I'm going for a Hawks win and will then avoid BigFooty for a year or so.
If the Doggies had reached the Grand Final I would have been going for them with a passion. Probably even done a COOON when he got the ball.
