You need to step back and look at the big picture. Go to a place in the future and then re-engineer how we get to that point.

That's it right? It's pretty simple.

So why TF you (and whole heap of other clowns here) think we have to be immediately competitive, I simply don't know. Why people keep banging on about fringe players who will soon be phased out in the path laid out above, I also don't know.

All we're doing right now from a supporter perspective is recruiting top end talent. When Culley and Bazzo and Hough any new recruits are ready to play, they will play. There is no reason to rush them ahead of schedule "because we are getting flogged every week". Culley could play in 2 weeks, or he may play most of the season in the WAFL. His individual development is more important than what the rest of the team (as a whole) are doing.

People like you need to calm the f*** down and get your head around the big picture. Week-in, week-out thinking is for plebs.

DOMA: Direction (coaching), Opportunity (to play), Motivation (self), and Ability (do they have the basic technical skills?).
