I have to admit I’m an unabashed fan of entrenched best 22 players returning through the seniors. The VFL lead in crept in under the previous regime whereas Wade seems to set guys up to play their best footy as soon as they’re available.

So I wasn't wrong swallowing the Thailand holiday comment! Why reward stupid on field actions and suspensions with overseas travel during the ban? Makes absolutely no sense. Absurd.

Hardly a reward. The reality is now that he is out for a month. If an o/s break is thought to be the best way to get Jordy to his best on his return, then a break is a great idea.

I highly doubt he is spending the whole ban on holiday. The article just states that like everyone else, he’ll be granted permission to travel during the break, and he potentially can for just a tad longer.

No, I think we should ban Jordy from travelling anywhere during the break, unlike his team mates and the rest of the competition.

He can watch them all enjoy their time off entitlements from the confines of his chains.

I didn't say he wasn't entitled to, but you'd have to have been living on a different planet to not be aware of the negative press 'his' breaks seem to attract, whilst majority of others don't attract any.

Like I've said on here before, he has the opportunity to train the house down, don't do anything which could attract negative media & prove why it was a good idea for the club & supporters to put trust in him.
