We get it you north supporters want us to beat Port cause you are death riding them. As you can tell from here no one is overly confident we will get the job done this weekend
They're also just a terrible supporter base, I took my 8 year old niece to a game vs them when we were in south australia.. they were utter ferals, worst I have seen, she got terrible anxiety from it.

Melbournes midfield is so effective because of Clayton Olivers ability to get his hands on the ball and handball it to perfection..

Watch his handballs.. sometimes they arent pretty but they are nearly always 100% effective..

He has this unbelievably uncanny ability to handball to his team mates in a manner that instantly releases them from the contest into time and space… even when Clayton himself is in heavy traffic and under immediate pressure.

When Clayton gets the ball plenty of times at stoppages during a game.. the Dees are nearly impossible to stop..

His kicking on the other hand aint all that great…

Considering he’s struggling to run, playing wing would be a dumb move

But it is such an AFC coaching move.

I reckon we should try Doedee as a KPD at least 4 or 5 more times.

It didn't work literally any of the other times, but maybe if we give it a 15th or 16th try, it will finally work

It really is staggering that Nicks is making such basic selection mistakes in his 4th season.

Saw this last night, Tex was lining up for a gettable goal, Rachele led to the pocket and when he was ignored he jumped up and down like a bit of an idiot.

If Tex was on a s**t angle and miles out, fair enough, but Racheles would have been the harder shot so Tex should have ignored him and having someone carry on like that would have been distracting lining up.

I can understand Rachele being super eager and hungry but there’s also commonsense that’s required. If I was Tex I would have set him straight too.

There was no heated scuffle, unless you call Tex patting him on the back at the end. * the media can be w***ers.
What is interesting about this is that there was a bit of Tex ripping into Rachele in the Richmond game.
I think it was Rachele's first goal, Murphy did some good work and got the ball over to him. He kicked the goal and celebrated and went to run off, but Tex ripped him a new one and told him to go thank Murphy.
It was right, but I hope it's not 'senior players v the kids'. It's been an issue at the club previously (senior players expecting kids to bow to them and wait in line for their turn).

That doesn't really sound like anything Nicks would have a problem with. It's about the team, not the man and he's not doing everything all by himself. Again, he's young, he's enthusiastic and just gets caught up in the moment at times and I don't think there's anything sinister going on either side of the argument.

Don't worry, Kane will make sure its dragged up and will lay the blame for our defeat squarely at the foot of Tex and this 'confrontation'....

Milera should not have been picked for round 1, did nothing in that game, misses a week and then is straight back in?
Why??
I hope he isn't, as soon as he shows glimpses he hobbles off with a new injury.
Signing him to a 5 year deal in 2020 was brilliant on his behalf.

I mean we do love to coach the natural flair and skill out of players, so it wouldn't surprise me if we're trying to turn our up and coming stars into crowbots.

Someone gave him a big contract. Makes them look stupid if we are paying him 600k a year in the sanfl. It's generally how we roll, protect those that make bad decisions so they can keep their jobs and make more bad decisions.

I have a confession to make, this week I picked the Power to win in my footy tips.

But its strategic. I'm so s**thouse at tipping, that me tipping the Power actually increases the chances of the Crows winning by 63%.

You're welcome!
I’m gonna drop a hundred on them to win the flag.. at $15..

I didnt bother last year after they started 0-5 but I put 100 bucks on em to win the flag in both 20 and 21..

I rarely ever win my bets.. so you can all thank me for 2020 and 2021..

I figure if I bet $100 on em I effectively put the “mockers” on em… if, by some miracle, they win I will be able to wipe my salty tears away with 15 $100 notes!

It's the age old "old bull yiung bull" stuff. Tex just trying to instill some values he believes in before he retires. I think it's pretty funny how Rachele runs off to the boundary. I don't have a problem with it but I can see how some players don't like it. Rachele just needs to keep performing and being himself. We don't need robots out there.

Hard to refute that logic.

Seems like a win:Saltywin to me!

You should put your hundy on Collingwood. You will probably get back around 600.
