If Jonathan Brown was leaving Brisbane, I'd be absolutely despondant and speechless, combined with severe nausea.

Wouldnt eat for a day.

Agree. A champion like Judd - most clubs have at least one player they would just hate to lose.

WC signed Judd on an agreement last contract time that if he wants to leave they wont squash him...
And trust me.. if WC dont make a deal stick they will be the biggest osers ever.... and he wont be at Richmond...

Its pick three and something to be agreed upon... and believe me were not a charity.... we hold the cards.
QFT

This man knows his stuff

Excellent track record

i wouldn't be shitting myself if carlton got judd TBH, not like they would win a game, might feel bad for juddy

I'm in tears. Our premiership captains wants to leave. A bad day for the club

If Hird or Lloyd wanted to leave our club, I would feel the same way. Judd is an absolute champion who could deliver the Eagles a couple of cups over his career. He is a huge loss.

Picks 1, 3 and Brendan Fevola.

Any Club that offered picks 1,3 and Fevola would be crazy, no player is worth 2 potential 200 game players e.g Kreuzer etc + Fevola, West Coast will have to take the best offer pick 3 & a player will be the best Carlton should offer, one player will not solve all their problems, if any other club wishes to offer more then good luck to them.

All I hope is that any Judd deal won't hold up the rest of trade week, because you know it will.

Doubt it. The big deals are normally finalised in secret well before trade week begins.

Aker last year for example.

Re: Judd Press Confrence [leaving]

If i remember correctly Judd was a Rabid Melbourne Supporter as a young fella, what sort of deal could the deamons put together for him... Captain in their 150th year, plenty of cash now and endorsements later......but what have they got as trade bait, a couple of Range Rover Discoveries and an unlimited lift pass at Mt Hotham perhaps??????

Re: Judd Press Confrence [leaving]

Not sure that it will set up West Coast for the next 5 years. The whole thing about West Coast's midfield is that they've got 3 absolute top notchers in there, and you just can't take 3 taggers into a game, so someone's got to get a free run. If Judd goes I believe that brings them back towards the field, especially with Cousins close to 30. Granted they've got the best midfield depth in the league, but you just can't replace a player like Judd.

very true comment. West coast will really need priddis to keep improving and probably hope that Shannon Hurn (with another pre-season under his belt) can become that sort of powerful damaging midfielder to even get close to replacing someone of judd's calibre.

Hopefully judd doesn't go anywhere (yes i may be delusional)

Re: Judd Press Confrence [leaving]

I may have missed something, but I cant figure out why a lot of people keep questioning whether Judd will get back to his best again. His first half of the year was exceptional as always. Cut down by injuries in the second half of the year but I dont know why people keep saying he wont get over them. Of course he will.

Re: Judd turns back on Eagles

West Coast are screwed.

No Judd no West Coast, will be lucky to make the eight next year.

Not with Priddis lifting his game. Cousins, Kerr, Priddis, Braun, Stenglien, Embley, Rosa, Butler all sufficient. Could also through Waters and Hurn into the middle now.

Remember Judd's last contract he told the club the next contract if he wanted to leave they wouldn't stand in his way and make it difficult for him

I wonder if Whoosha's previous time at Carlton means he won't mess CFC around
