Petracca wanting to leave is piss weak and I hope Melbourne don't trade him unless they receive significant overs. The guy is still under contract till 2029, you shouldn't allow to bail so easily.

Geelong have been winning while Hawthorn losing recently. Couple of games a year in Tassie big deal. Biggest crowds this year have involved the HFC

You guys don’t have a first round high enough. Injury riddled player + pick in the teens won’t get close to trading for our best player.

Yeah, probably have to throw in another player in exchange for you also giving maybe a 3rd round pick back. I love Mitch Lewis. Injuries to date have stopped him being able to show the quality he is. It is the only option I think we would offer for Trac. I don't think it gets it done.

I was laughed at for suggesting Darcy Cameron was a candidate for the All Australian side during our game against the Swans. It's down to three. I reckon' he's a decent chance to be selected into the final team. He had an outstanding year.

That said in reply to this post IRT the Petracca trade with McKay, Carlton need to add quite a bit more. I'm talkin' high end first rounders. Petracca is the (far) better player over many years.

Peter wright would be Melbournes best key forward. Ben Hobbs was pick 13 2021 draft and just needs opportunities.

And on Harry McKay if he gets wind of Carlton wanting to trade him he would probably rather play with his brother.

What team will actually give more than that? He’s gonna be 29 and just came off a season ending injury. I don’t see Dangerfield Cameron type trades for petracca. But I could be wrong

If you trade Petracca, doing it for anything other than a good young (under 22) player and/or a haul of picks is stupid. The run is over, just commit to a rebuild and dont be stupid about it. Could save literally a decade of pain getting in ahead of Tassie
