Can rule out Paul Roos as a future coach of the Suns, he gave the Coch a huge wack for not giving up his business class seat to one of the player then Went on a huge rant about how disrespectful it was
Can you imagine Eddie giving up his business class seat for Alex Fasolo?

I will never understand how someone can judge the performance of an assistant coach from afar. Am I missing something? There's far too many factors to consider if your judging them by team performance.
I think you can judge by on field disciplines, structures and setups. That's their fingerprint on the club more than Rockets I would have thought.

Effort and intent is Rockets job but all the other focused technical setups are likely assistants.

Do you know this for certain though? In my mind it's still very presumptuous.

Give Solomon a chance as a caretaker. If you believe the rumours he was only just pipped by Eade on the experience side of things and made it further than Bolton & Beveridge. In saying that I'd love to know who were the panel members back then.
At least have a look at our assistants now and make a decision at the end of 2017.
I was a big fan of selecting Rocket back in 2014, but even he admits he's struggling to get his message though to this group. Still it was a big improvement on Bluey.

We seemed to be pretty good at contested ball under Bluey but maybe I'm looking back on that time with Rose Coloured Glasses.

I'm hell keen on giving Solomon a crack because he played football the way I want our blokes to play football. With mongrel and a bit of nastiness.

When he gives that message to the boys they know he is not being a hypocrite. We all know the talent is there and now we need some galvanisation again of the group.

Sooner this happens the better for mine.

Just watched his press conference. It's the first time l've ever heard him speak. Quite impressive.

I agree with derm Rockets the right man for the job. He just needs to bring in his own people. Get rid of the god squad (Ablett & Hall) and the rest of the mentally weak players. No one could do better then what rocket has in the past 3 years with the team and injures we've had

Getting rid of Ablett and Hall is hurt our already ordinary midfield even further. I hope we keep Hall atleast while our draftees are still growing. The likes of Miller aren't ready yet and could be 2011 all over again.

Tell Derm that we had a reasonably good JLT season but that last game we went from being 8 goals up against the Bulldogs in the 3rd, to not looking like scoring again.
Rd1 against our rivals with most players available you'd think we'd be up and about. 20 minutes into the game we're 7 goals down. They haven't won another game. Why weren't we ready?
5 goals up against Melb with the wind at our back and we totally capitulate. 14.6 to 4.1 and 2 of those goals were junk time. How is that possible?
We are currently 18th in tackles. Sure we have a game in hand but 60 odd behind 17th? We ave 59 a game. Appalling.
Yes some players are mentally weak, and if it's not the development staff then who keeps drafting them? Don't start me with him either.
