You are making excuses for a mature age player who skills should be better. Sure, others are not playing great but I rather play kids who have the same impact.

But I just cannot believe this comment, we at Melbourne gave him 9 years of time, even when we were a good team he was no better than an average player...
For you to say to 'give him time' in his 10th season baffles me, I was glad when he went and I'm even more pleased now. I'm not pleased that he's a dud at Freo because I actually like you mob ever since Jeff Farmer went. But I'm just glad he's not with MY mob anymore.

As usual though, Sylvia gets singled out by the same idiot fans who have been calling for him to be delisted since before the start of the season.

we might give him a couple of years like we did jack anthony.
Either way he'll be here next year; I think we should give him time to show us that he really wants it, but in the WAFL.

For the record, the only games Sylvia ever had an impact on were games when Richmond were at their worst. He's lazy and selfish and simply garbage 80% of the time. I wanted rid of him 3 years ago. He was Jarrad Waite Mk2: All the talent but all 'potential', never delivery.
Doesn't really matter if it's his fault or not, he won't be in the team when Walters is back.
Can i assume that you think he will be traded? Otherwise i fail to comprehend this statement...
and i dont think he should be back to peel. He will come good. More to offer than Sylvia. First full game back when we as a group played the worst we have in ages.
A recruit of his age and experience would be expected to come in and have an immediate impact otherwise there's literally no point in recruiting him in the first place. Glossing over the fact he wasn't fit enough to get a game for most of the season he's had enough games now to have shown SOMETHING, good left foot goal in the Derby and...other things?

Colin is a confidence player. Knowing he'd be first in line to lose his spot must be pretty hard.

I really like Col and thought he would be a handy addition but unfortunately his performances to date have been substandard. Hope he gets his shite together and impacts in finals if given the chance.
