Eddie needed to change the perspective that the pies were a tainted place for indigenous players/coaches..
Hence the big payment to well$...Pies now seen to love indigenous players and coaches...and speak respectively about them...
Eddie must have his eye on a top future indigenous player and/or a possible indigenous coach...for the pies..
