Well if we ended up with pick 8 or 9 I doubt we would have to use it on Moore, if someone nominated Moore before our pick he would have to be something really special, the top 10 is the best in the country and I cant see him going as a top 5 pick in a draft that is supposed to run deep.....but in saying that I haven't seen him play so I guess I cant really comment.

It depends on who you ask

Knightmare I think wrote Darcy Moore off last season and said he was over rated. Must be feeling sick at the moment.

Well I think he had a Point. As Knight was going off output but Moore had a Reason for that.

He would have to go up the List now with him

You can understand his trepidation in rating his abilities highly when the lad is coming off an injury. Look at Tom Swift.. best under 16 prospect ever, but after two knee recos was never able to have that same impact at AFL level.

The good judges, ie those who actually watch junior footy regularly, never doubted Moore. Always knew he is/was a gun. The danger I suppose of being a 'recruiting expert' based off stuff you read on the internet.

We've seen Moore in a practice match and one home and away match so maybe ease back a little.

Also Knight was fairly non-committal. He was critical of the numbers he put up last year, but by no means wrote him off. I don't agree with everything Knight puts out there, however he was justified in his hesitancy post 2013 and comments such as "must be feeling sick at the moment" are OTT for mine.

It's a bit like saying a Collingwood supporting football analyst would be feeling ill by not tipping us to make the top 4 in 2014 and we salute. Because at the end of the day I'm sure as a Collingwood supporter Knight would be rapt if he becomes a J Daniher U18 talent.

Very True. Still Early but still a good start

Look I thought Knight was being very harsh on him last year but he hardly got on the park and when he did he didn't do much. Even though I thought he was being overly harsh I could understand where he was coming from

for what its worth, my best mate is family friends with the daicos' and according to him the kids r complete freaks, like scary good
How old? Could do with I guy like Daicos in the forward line. I would like to see when he is in the TAC cup they get Daics back to do his goal kicking challenge against his kid

Moore's stats from the weekend are as follows - 3 goals 1 behind, 14 disposals (9k, 5h) 8 marks - 3 contested. Was also listed 3rd best for the chargers behind a dominant BOG for Kade Answerth and Jack Sinclair.

Overall a fairly solid first up effort considering he spent time both in the forward line and down back. Seemed versatile and agile for his height.
