Totally agree. Perhaps we all need to compare Ginny to Stengle in the name of "diversity".
Bloke's being a nong.

I'm sure he doesn't mind the Daicos - Pendles comparisons. Even though they are played in different positions and are both white skinned.

Not a trade but I would be making the acquisition of Joel Selwood as a development/leadership coach our number 1 priority this off-season. The impact he would have on culture and development could be massive.

Yuck. Only if he brings his get out of jail card that he’s had for ducking & suspensions for the last 15 years.

This Geelong love-fest is unbearable. Pendles & McRae is all we need, Selwood can quite literally duck off.

Look at what they did in transforming the previously-wild Tyson Stengle. They'd be confident of getting the best out of DeGoey too, if they can find the dollars to lure him.

I have no doubt that the Cats will want to land a big fish to keep their run going. No rebuilding through the draft for them. Their window is right now. Who are the gettable big fish left out there? Parish? Mitchell? DeGoey? I know which of that trio I'd be chasing if I were the Cats!
Parish, I'd think.

I know I'm on my own on this one, but I still want Sam Weideman

I posted this elsewhere, but if JDG stays as I fully expect, we could add the following 4 players to our prelim side that missed a GF by 1 point.

Adams, Mitchell, McStay and Hill. I didn't include Frampton as I don't know if he is best 22 but I believe the other 4 are.

We will obviously get injuries over the course of a season and we may be losing Grundy (who missed most of last season anyway) and possibly Henry (who is at best a very talented but unproven player), but I think even the most negative pies fans would accept that off season. Possibly except the Grundy and Henry fans, but I hope even they can see the positives

Geelong win flag now leading the race for pick 7 plus Bowes. Some clubs just love giving Richmond and Geelong a leg up. They are almost never made to pay fair price or overs for things.
Geelong is the only club to be made to trade for a Free Agent... and have done so twice.

Once for Dangerfield.
Twice for Cameron.

The year he had a respectful finish in the best and fairest…

I guess when the links surface we'll be able to work that out.

His only top 10 Copeland finish was 2017 AFAIK. I assume that would be his most respectable finish in your eyes.

Ranked 27th (Elite) league wide in 2018 for average goals per game at 1.62. That wasn't a good year? If it was, isn't that then at least 2 years?

You're destructive. Shut the * up and focus on the trades instead of sooking that everyone is a racist and stereotyping.

Stop being outraged on other peoples behalf.
Lol, call me a nong and tell me shut the **** up. Yep I'm sooking alright. Nothing proves someone isn't racist more than raging and using hyperbole. I haven't called a single person in this thread racist.
