It just is like we all were seeing a million signs September 30 would end well. We were transparent last year but across the season, that's shifted.
I don't really understand the correlation you're making here. We're talking about trade talk, rumours, moves. Not omens and signs about it being our year.

Collingwood has never been more transparent than over the past 2 years.

Tay is fielding interest because he probably realises his role next season is limited.

This move will help Fly get one step closer to the list he wants. Round pieces for round holes.

Given adams age and injury history, I’m open to a potential deal. Love him as a player, but the club is far bigger. It could be win win
Only if a fair deal. Remembering this draft is extremely speculative outside the top 15

Until Adams and Grundy help Sydney eliminate us from the finals next year.

Why are we helping a contender with a key missing piece for cheap. We're not Hawthorn in a middle of a rebuild that won't end encounter them in the finals.
Like Grundy helped Melbourne eliminate us this season?

Back GW and Fly.

I think this is potentially a brilliant move.

Not sure if reported but on SEN this morning Tom Morris was saying Haynes contracted is heavily backended saying he is owed something like 1.3 million for next season o_O
Do a Geelong. Smooth the contract out and GWS can give us a pick to take it on.

He is unlikely to ever leave GWS because of how much money he is on. It’s a shame because he’s a damned good player and not currently getting senior games for some reason.

Pies have history in sending players to Sydney to win B&F - Schauble, Williams and nearly Rhys.
I feel very comfortable in saying Adams won't win a B&F.

Can someone explain why all season Adams is flogged that he should be dropped or is a bad player due to poor disposal efficiency and other areas of weakness but the moment a trade is suggested, certain posters become defensive???

We should look at James Harmes, always been a fan

Don’t want Tay to leave, he’s a heart and soul player but can understand it now we’ve won a premiership. Regenerating on the go, Fin gets a season in the AFL before his contract is up and maybe we get some draft picks we can package to move up in the draft. If it’s true we’re only taking 2 and upgrading a rookie then getting as high a first round as possible seems logical.

If we hadn’t won this year I’d be against it but I want a b2b and a dynasty and let’s face it we only have 2 more years to do that with the age of our list, so bring it on and I’ll be barracking for Grundy and Tay.
