Barley played in 3 years...

What are the pies doing ?

I reckon we're hitting the draft and topping up on some depth with lower picks, if possible.

Might not be the most “attractive” name going round, and if we can (somehow) put Saturday aside, I think Darcy Gardiner would be worth a look into. Yes he’s not a great interceptor, rebounding type, but with our current stock a genuine stopper to free up our better interceptors would suit our backline nicely I think.

Only played 3-4 games this year as Brisbane seem to prefer Payne, and have seemingly won the race for Doedee. Only 28 and put in some great performances against Curnow and Mihocek in the last 2 games of the season

Grubby player. I'd hate him here.

I don’t think we’re interested in “stoppers” philosophically anyway. We drafted Ryan and Moore/Murphy/Howe/Frampton are all interceptors with excellent foot skills rather than lockdown defenders.

If Tay is out, who played a lot at HF this year, could we look to fill that void with Jack Billings?

Really classy ball user and finisher but a lot of body issues (and 28yo).

I think we’d prefer a vacuum at that position to fill internally.

What is everyones opinions for the following players I'd love the Pies to get?
-Buka Khamis
-Tom Highmore
-Xavier Duursma
-Jade Gresham (would probably cost too much to get)
I’d want none of them to be honest, especially Gresham, he’s a cat, he plays one awesome game for every 10 average ones.
Seriously over rated player.

No he isn’t

If Taylor wasn’t in contract at the end of this year, we’d give him a contract on peanuts or delist him.

Sydney will definitely be giving 2 years with a trigger for a 3rd year.

Taylor’s (lack of) durability is the reason we are okay with him leaving. He was one of the best forward half players this year.
