Exactly, look at the lack of space in our forward 50 all game, then look at the paddock richmond got to run into in their forward 50.
No wonder that hit players lace out on the lead in space
CLOKE could kick 100 goals in another team that has a gameplan to his strength.

No, but the coaches don't change the game plan to allow space for him to lead into.

Also he has had 60 inside 50s this year, its not like he refuses to go up the ground.

I never said he didn't go up the ground. I just like him up the ground, but we really haven't got any one else yet. hoping moore will
fill that role some time soon at ff. just that cloke is a great contested mark when on the move and a running beast I prefer him at chf

Port are apparently after Dixon.

If they miss on him would they give up pick 8 for Cloke believing they're in a premiership window?

Can't believe I'm even asking that but he's heading for consecutive sub 40 goal seasons and for a bloke on his massive wage not good enough.

17 of his 34 goals have come in 3 games against Melbourne, St kilda and GWS.

In reality Cloke wont be traded and probably shouldn't be but the end for him might come quicker than expected so assuming the Treloar trade goes through I'm back hoping we can attain another top 15 pick to use on a 190cm+ forward talent to partner with Moore.

If Scharenberg re-signs then Witts might be the player to achieve that.

1st pick Shazz Kennedy and Grundy for Danger that's how bad we need someone like him

Yes I know he is a RFA

You wouldn't need to give up all that if the crows forced a trade.

This years first pick and Scharenberg would be enough given the pick would be below the compensation selection they'd receive and Scharenberg was a No.6 pick just two years ago.

I wish Treloar would do an Aish or Henderson and play poorly to reduce his trade value LOL!!. Another lazy day at the office with 29 disposals, 5 marks; 5 tackles, 4 clearances, 4 I50's, 2 R50's and 3 score assists.

After today I'm back on the bandwagon of getting another first round selection so we can go shopping for another forward talent.

With us having Moore I don't think we necessarily need the player to be key position size.

Weideman, Curnow, Burton, McKay sound alright if we want to go taller (haven't bothered considering academy players). Ah Chee, Milera for the quicker smaller option.

If we somehow ended up keeping pick 7 then Francis though unlikely to last would probably be the one Hine went for given his championships.

Don't know why anyone would think Treloar or Aish would make any difference. We need a coach & we need one for 2016.
Keep putting up this shit and nobody will want to come here
Frizzle & Shizzle..I'm sorry, but I just can't take your posts seriously.
The negativity is beginning to drizzle on my parade.

We won't get anything until the home and away season is done. Confident Treloar has a lot more professionalism than Henderson.
Not a shot at you Apex, probably more at Gillon McLachlan who gave Henderson a pretty decent spray. Why is Henderson any less professional than say, the Brisbane Lions. Who 3 weeks out told their ex-skipper that he won't be there next year? Paul Roos also gave him a spray, when only last Year Roos was lamenting the fact that they couldn't plan their end of season movements because James Frawley was holding them up by not telling them of his intentions? Its all a bit of bulldust imo. The clubs do it all the time and now they've spat it because Henderson has done what a lot of them have been asking for. Its double standards imo.

If Scharenberg came out today and told us that he wanted to go home, would it really matter. Just gives us a few extra weeks to get it sorted and the club can stop wasting its time and effort trying to get him to sign a new contract. (example only)

Seems to me the consensus re: Aish is what we need to give up to get him. If we need to give up 2016 round 1 for him, I'm hoping Brisbane also package a second rounder with Aish. See him as another Sidebottom- but would rather use the pick on Someone with speed and outside polish.

Can't believe the negativity in this thread. There is a lot to like about the young pies and its easy to forget that young teams have a tendancy to drop off over a long season.

Next year we will play finals and Cloke will be a key part of that. I hope to God we land Treloar. Aish I'm less convinced about.

Unless we change our game style we will finish bottom 4 next year.

I dont care who we recruit, we are miles away if we continue on this path.
