If a player is great in one position, why do you feel the need to move him around? He can do more damage there than from somewhere he is uncomfortable.

while the angst is real I don’t really want to see Collingwood turn into a basket case ala Carlton, Melbourne of North. History suggests that removing a coach does not solve problems, and potentially makes them a lot worse.
