Nah he's not having a go.
Collingwood were black and white a decade before Port adopted it. IIRC they were magenta and blue with pink hat (true story).
They made the prison bars famous and are a great club with a great history.
In this league we're the Magpies, we were Magpies before they were even in their local comp so it's not up for debate.
I love that they wear their prison bars for their derby games, puts the fear in the Crows and good on em.
Hope I was as confident as you.Pretty confident about this one
Port people have been out the back alley syphoning something out of a hose with their eyes closed.with all due respect, this is why port fans are insufferable

I’m a fan of Frampton but his inclusion, compromising speed ( despite your thoughts otherwise) is not an option, unless we face a very tall, (and likely slow) opposition. It certainly did. This myth that Markov (in particular) or Noble are so much quicker or can offer so much more than Maynard is just that, a myth. He’s better 1v1 than both, is a better interceptor, and is himself pretty bloody quick. Howe, Maynard and IQ give you more than enough dash from defence if Markov or Noble should be omitted. They’ve all shown themselves to be very capable if given the opportunity. Add that if Frampton is playing KPD then Moore also has more freedom.
Not happening Molly. Our run from defence is our biggest weapon . No way we're adding an extra tall and weakening it. Particularly as we're dominating when balls are bombed to tall forwards. The need for Framptons height is an issue on paper and theoretical match ups. It isn't an issue on the field and whats been occurring on game day.
Yep, it was an issue last year, but Murphy has improved a heap and we needed depth as well. I also think they've changed tack with how they use Moore. It must have been seen as a bit of an issue last season hence why we went out and drafted him. At the very least he was seen as depth for Murphy, Howe and Moore should any be unavailable.
Personally I don't think we're even in a position yet to make an unequivocal statement about Frampton either for or against given he's spent precious little time in the role we actually got him for.
One thing that often gets forgotten is that his contested work was seen as his weak point and he was viewed more as a tall intercepting defender.
The fact that he got above 21 disposals in 2 of his 6 games for Adelaide last year (averaged 18) probably speaks to this even if we have little evidence of it so far at Collingwood.

I think it was “on the couch” where they put up a graphic showing us #1 in every defensive metric, I’m in the “if it ain’t broke” camp.Yep, it was an issue last year, but Murphy has improved a heap and we needed depth as well. I also think they've changed tack with hope they use Moore.

At the end of the day our games against Port, Brisbane and Geelong should provide us with all the information we need prior to finals.
Well I’d like to apologise for setting our standards too high for Port people to accept. But you can’t have something back that never belonged to you in the first placePort people believe Collingwood has not lived up to the standards befitting the colours and magpie logo and we'd like them back.
Ideally Scott to Suns , Hardwick to Port and Hinkley to Catsno doubt they’re chasing him, but I suspect Hardwick will end up at the Gold Coast and Hinkley will be extended. Now if that’s the case and Richmond pick up Carr, that will send the port fans over the edge.
Michael Hutchence choked doing what he loved. Port honour that sentimentGod I can't stand the crowd singing inxs before every home game
Port supporters are absolute flogs
Our supporters have altered the traditional black and white dynamic concerning number of teeth and criminal convictions and you guys could get the old dynamic back. But some traditions are better off changed.Port people believe Collingwood has not lived up to the standards befitting the colours and magpie logo and we'd like them back.

Looks good in a big game, should look good tonight in front of 50k.
Bring on the game, good finals practice.
