Good on Lloyd for calling him out. For a man who I suspect dislikes us, Lloyd has often been very fair to North in his commentary.

I know I’m meant to hate the Dons, but as a 10 year old in the 90’s, new to AFL, who VERY nearly chose the Bombers, Lloyd has always been one of my favourites.
And from the other side of the fence, I loved our stoushes and epic matches with them. He was one of the last old school footballers.

As far as media street goes, I’ve liked Lloyd there just as much. He’s always respectful to us and (I know it’s not hard) but he’s the best panelist on Footy Classified. He always takes Caro, Kornes and Hutchy to task and when he does it seems real and not contrived. So kudos to him.

I've found Lloyd much more tolerable post retirement than many. I don't need the contrived click bait stuff.

How the * did McGovern get votes - he looked drunk

It was already to far
Got a 2 & 1 from the look of the votes so both coaches thought he was worthy of votes.

Love how Clarkos giving everyone at the club their dues, and making sure they know they're important
Same.

Ensuring every single person feels part of the team and appreciated.

Cannot underestimate the positive impact this approach is already having on the entire club. What a motivator!!

I f$&@ing love him. Can’t imagine how the players feel about him.

Ryan Bastinac makes a good point that players know the physical risks of our game and makes me wonder about all of us non-AFL footballers over the years that have copped head knocks and concussion playing the game. Is there a possible precedent that all amateur and local leagues are potentially exposed to potential class actions?

Until literally the last couple of years we didn't know the full extent to how concussion affected the brain. You could easily argue we still don't have a great grasp of all the mechanisms and long term effects.

Basti's point of "you know the risk", is just plain wrong. 50% of footy players wouldn't even grasp the base concepts.

(In my opinion) theres 2 things that Basti isn't separating: there's risks to playing a contact sport, and there's this specific outcome from bumps to the head.

I hope feel that Clarko set that whole thing up to make a point to Curtis Taylor
