The few times I’ve watched 360 of late I’ve noticed Robbo is not on. Does anyone know why?

Some rumours he's had another turn. Sadly he's a very unhealthy man and even though we literally saw his heart on 360 last year it's not been driven home for him.

He intimated that was the feeling without saying it was actually happening, which facilitated a discussion on whether we’d prefer a top ten pick instead.

Consensus was take the pick although Dunstall made the point we’d just have to draft another one.

Efa- Draft a Darcy Moore type

Courageous would be knowing the type of reception he would get from the football public and accepting it without complaint.
Actually, that’s not even courage, just the norm.
The whole needing to go number one sounds more like the attempts of his step father needing him to grab the spotlight and the extra $10,000 (which in footballing terms is SFA).

Apart from his direct behaviour interacting with the club, coaches and players, which from reports was lousy, I am inclined to believe that a pack of puppeteering pricks (FF, Koch, Cornes et al) have been grooming and directing his behaviour from the outset.

Honest question. Are Kane Cornes’ various “fishing expeditions” some of the most successful and lucrative efforts going around? I can see Corey has been well and truly hooked as well. Meanwhile, Cornes is having a go at Richmond now. Talk about laughing all the way to the bank!

Why is it lucrative? I mean, what's the payoff? Are you suggesting he gets a bonus for each successful troll?

The only reason it pays off for him is that he is in the job of football analysis, realises he's no good at analysis, so to keep his job he's decided to be a footy shock jock. He'd have the job anyway, IMO.

Good question and would guess you're correct.

It's a Vaudeville show and not a very good one but in this short attention / quick outrage era it seems to do the trick.

Agree in essence. However, that is how he’s decided to work. He is on record as stating that, is my understanding. I suppose he has to live with being a pariah in certain quarters.

🤣I’m just annoyed that we let him trigger us - me, very much included. I can’t stand him.

It's the same with Caroline Wilson.

She's not imaginative or trying anything new. Yet people react on here like her lack of (publicly expressed at least) self-awareness is a continual source of shock.

If I was in the media and could do everything in my power to see the end of * and Carlton, you bet your bottom dollar I'd be having a swing at the prize.

Last week on The Front Bar, Pang asked Dane Swan who his easiest opponent was. Replying promptly and not flinching he said "Kane Cornes".

Brought a smile to my face. Even the players of his era don't respect him.
