he is only going us as we are at our most vulnerable as we are very noncompetitive, so the answer to shut him up is obvious.

Im sorry, but Clarko had to set some standards early on to not let this group scale back into old habits, but here we are.

Can he bring us back? Thats the question. The effort over the past month is getting worse and worse, its almost like all of them dont even want to be out there and its destroying our confidence.

I obviously don't know what Clarkson has tried so far to motivate the team to put in the required effort. I'd like him to draw that line in the sand this week, and tell the team that, each week, from now on, he'll drop someone from the time who has, at some point during a match, been the witches hat, as long as they can be replaced by someone who will but in 100% effort.

Don't care how big the name is. If it's a McKay, Zurhaar, Simpkin or someone else, if one player who hasn't made the effort through a game is dropped, the team will hopefully get the message that there is a standard that will be enforced. Return them to the team when they demonstrate, in a reserve's game, that they're willing to put in for the entire match. And if this means that we get thrashed, well, that's no change then.

Do this every week until it is no longer necessary; or until we run out of players.
