For me, today will be about Attitude, not Altitude. I don't really care about the score, but I do want to see some energy and fight. (unfortunately I don't have Kayo, so when I say see.... I mean read here. :))

I think Nicks works on the same philosophy as past Sydney coaches / teams …

It’s pre-season. Results DO NOT matter.

You have goals, things you want to see … things you do not want to see.

Winning / losing is completely irrelevant.

Probably but the Sydney team was a premiership contender with a winning culture.

Fully expect Port to come out firing and beat us and then for them and the media to claim they are once again premiership favourites. It’s March, you can set your clock by them.
And this is exactly what we want..

It makes their eventual collapse, that always comes, all the more hilarious!.

Jeremy Finlayson will kick 8 goals on Mitch Hinge then kick 11 goals in the entire actual season

I'll tell you what I don't want to see, and that's port waltzing the ball out the midfield like Brisbane did last week.

Break even in midfield and we can then be competitive.

Quality differential of stoppage wins has been an issue against the better teams for ages. The numbers tend to stack up week in abd week out, but our opponents get to run forward and clear of pressure whereas we mostly hack forward.
