Great effort by Wooshette for an amazing B&F night - a lot of effort goes into these and she has done an great job! To finish this great night she has been kind enough to let me say a few parting words.

Firstly congratulations to Jazny on his/her inaugural B&F win and of course to Frankston Rover for his worthy pwned trophy. But before we sign off this wonderful B&F night there is a very important issue that needs to be dealt with. I for one cannot sit quietly whilst certain ex players continue to tarnish the good name of this great club.

It is without doubt that the leagues #destinationclub the Warriors have changed the landscape of the SFA and brought some much needed quality to what was quite bluntly a cesspool of a competition that for years was devoid of, well frankly, me.

As we enter our sixth season it is only prudent we reflect back on those that have led us to success, encouraged us when we were bent over by the flog admin, and were there to hold us as we cried tears of joy at being granted an extra 30 seconds with the whore tree after each and every win.

Ladies and gentleflogs I present to you:

Warriors – a critical analysis of leadership

I have gone back through the history books, reviewed footage of every game we have played and spent hours in the archives to present you with unparalleled access to unquestionable statistical evidence that will prove once and for all who is the greatest captain of the Warriors.

This analysis excludes review of the captaincy of Frankston Rover who recruited me and is obviously therefore the greatest captain of all time but is not the subject of this troll so I cbf looking up his stats.

Let us start with a stat that shows which leader can foster an engaging team environment and encourage posters to get in and have a go during match threads. Leadership is all about motivation and communication after all.

Average match thread posts by Warriors under each leader:
BigJoeD_ : 209
Wooshette : 358

Now lets move onto whether the Warriors can outlast their competition in each match thread. Leaders need stamina to get through the rough times when The Filth Wizard is on the take

Average thread percentage by Warriors under each leader:
BigJoeD_ : 45
Wooshette : 52

What about individual posters I hear you ask? There is no I in Team (there should be btw – I would make an excellent contribution to every team) – everyone has to have a go and surely this is just Wooshette spamming her stats to look good.=

Yeah but the flogs under Wooshette probably only just post once or twice per thread and then disappear.

Lol, ok but what about results? Yes Wooshette is far more likeable (the stats don’t lie) but can she get results on-field? Leaders must achieve success or they will unceremoniously run away with their tail between their legs to other, far lesser, teams where there shitness is embraced.

Fanatastic season by Jaz, amazing numbers and a big part of our push to finals, getting the job done quietly week after week.
A big thank you to Frankston Rover for the history write up, terrific stuff..makes you proud to wear the orange, black and white.
Thanks again to A Cut Above for the beautiful red carpet backdrop (I hope he's ok..got bitten by a spider or some shit yesterday :eek:)
Thanks so much to everyone for attending tonight and for your patience this off season, it’s been an extremely hectic time but come next week my whole life will once again be about the Warriors!
New Season 23 team thread will be up tomorrow, looking forward to another ripping season.
You know I love you all dearly XX
