Would do a good job i reckon, without the pressures of a two team state, former player too. Might bring a few players with him maybe Farmer, Murphy.

If he fails with Dockers list, why would he succeed with the Demons list? If I were in Melbourne's shoes i'd be going after Voss. It's a risk but a risk worth taking IMO

Yes he is the man we should be going after. He is a good coach but just has not had the players to suceed at Fremantle. I think he would be a perfect fit for the demons.

the dockers have a pretty good list. quality forwards, quality midfielders, quality backs.. not sure what else connolly would have needed to suceed there!!!

SERIOUSLY he is a flop of a coach....he has only taken the dockers to the finals once....and they won 1 game....they were sposed to make the top 4 with their list.....he is a pathetic coach....worst in the afl and i will NOT be buying a membership if he is our coach next yr.....i love the melbourne footy club but i want a premiership...i dont want connolly, he is a useless coach!!

Anyone who thinks Chris Tarrant is a vital addition to a lineup is clearly on crack. Anyone who gives up a top ten pick to get him needs to be thrown off a cliff.
I agree, lets try something radical eg voss. If it doesn't work then at least we gave it a shot

Freo have a better list, and better facilities and more money and they still suck almost as much as we do.
Connolly is a horrible horrible coach.

CC is an abonination so hopefully you won't end up with him.

I agree with the posts about Connolly.Freo have had just about every early draft pick going in recent years and have achieved very little.
My preferences would be Guy McKenna,Gary O'Donnell or Dean Laidley(if available).Laidley seems to get a lot out of a limited list.

Gerald Healy and Gary Lyon are CC biggest fans and any chance they get they will throw his name up.
His weak gutted manager Colin" Chad Fletcher manager also" Young is also leaking to the media that CC is being chased by Melb...
What has he achieved at Freo, as some say he has had everything he has needed and still cant deliver...
On a side note Dee`s fans, can you explain to me how CC is a life member of your great club ?? he only played 80 or so games ... He has started dropping it in the media that i am a life member of Melb...
