I'm only a few hours drive from Malaysia. Nice food but people a little shizen.
Prefer the friendliness from the Thais.
You notice it as soon as you cross that border.

The new government is enacting legislation to end recreational marijuana. Probably pass parliament in May/June then a further 3 months before implementation. Will be interesting seeing the bold experiment dismantled!

Beef rendang cooked slowly with lemon grass, chillies, tamarind, garlic, ginger, coconut - yum. Although it can be very rich. A little goes a long way.

Interesting, I'll be over there April/May and was interested in seeing how it was all working.
