Leon seems bereft of ideas on how to fix things.
With that list GWS should have won multiple flags.

Instilling him as coach is the AFLs way of balancing it out? And then have the good players come back home to Vic as they mature...

And what do you think your mate Brad would've added to that sh*t show.....

I'll give you the tip, not as much as you think he would.
One things for sure and certain we couldn't have been any worse....it was ****ing abysmal even worse than our North Melbourne debacle game...I didn't think it possible to play any worse than that but we certainly topped that last weekend.

You reckon that was worse ?? North were the equal worst side of the year last year and they beat us by more in a shortened game.

Funny definition of worse.

Outside game non existent when the mantra from the coach was we were looking to play a more exciting brand of football. LOL

We were worse against North.

Jake Kelly speaks very well in a group setting, everyone else looks at their toes.

Who'll be the first organisation to allow hidden cameras, rooms to be bugged etc without telling their players, coaches and staff?

Maybe a club that's battling financially and desperate
I think Port Adelaide Power already did this in China..., but they didn't know China's Ministry of State Security were doing it! ;)

No, because it was North Melbourne.

They beat us by 12 goals
Agreed. The worst team in the competition apart from us absolutely flogged the living shit out of us in a real match.

Far worse than a top 4 team beating up on a minnow in the pre-season

Watching Brouch live on Thursday night he clearly didn't want to defend.
Must've been listening.

Watching us on the weekend however nothing has changed.
None of them did. They just thought they were in the place they should be.
Structure is obsolete.

Docos always have a bias/angle, but it's pretty evident that Nicks is the right coach at the moment for what the football team needs. Whether or not it ultimately translates long term, we'll see.
It's one of those things where it may be hard to judge his tenure on just wins and losses. This isn't just a playing list rebuild, the club has become so f'd since Walsh passed that it's an entire club rebuild that has gone through not only the football department, but the administration as well. It's almost impressive how badly Fagan, Roo, Burton, Pyke and others ran the club into the ground. So Nicks may not be the guy who puts us back into Finals in 2-3 years time, but if he lays the track and puts the wheels back on the train that eventually get us there then he's not a total failure.

Just a little damage control this time........

Adelaide skipper Rory Sloane has spoken out about his experience filming no-holds-barred Amazon Prime documentary Making Their Mark.
The midfielder revealed the truth behind that Brad Crouch moment and why he chose to open up for the fans.
One moment in the documentary shows Senior Coach Matthew Nicks speaking to the midfield group after the Crows’ 75-point loss to Port Adelaide last year.
But Sloane said a seemingly tense exchange between Nicks and former Crow Brad Crouch was not what it appeared to be.

“Some people took that as a go at him, but if you go back - and I remember that meeting very, very vividly - Nicksy’s (Matthew Nicks’) comment was very much directed at our whole midfield group,” he told Triple M’s Roo & Ditts.

I can see why the Eagles struggled in the hubs, Adam Simpson really wasn’t keen on extended times interstate and that naturally rubs off on some of the players

What are you on about? Damage control? The full doco is now out for anyone that wants the full context. There isn’t some anti Brad conspiracy going on.

It's extremely obvious in the documentary that the comment was directed at the entire midfield group. It was the media that tried to paint the narrative we shoved out Brad Crouch. And it was after round 2, not some end of season match
