Sydney don’t seem to ever have to break away from their home guernsey

Because it barely clashes with anyone. And when it does, they wear white, which they’ll be wearing this very weekend away to Gold Coast.

Dark colours (navy blue/brown) look similar from a distance

Red is the differentiater here so correct guernsey choice.

Umpires in white or sky blue if sensible (they'll be in yellow now doubt)

I’m on board with red
Hopefully with blue cuffs, the yellow cuffs nah.

Yep umps will most likely be in yellow/hawthorn clash strip.

There should only be our main strip (white shorts when away) and an alternative (red). No Yellow. Done and leave it like that for ever!

In saying that, at least we have the hoops on everything. :)

I like three kits, a solution for everything and in line with what most pro leagues do around the world.

Leaving aside the fact that this guernsey is a pile of shit which presents no less of a clash than our home guernsey, I’m really glad to see this club demonstrate proudness in its heritage by launching away guernsey number 867.

Those Port people who call us a ”franchise” are just jealous!!

Red jumper sounded good in theory, but in reality it just doesn’t work for this game.

Best option would be us in full home with Hawks in white shorts to create a better dark/light contrast, regardless of whose home game it is. Failing that we probably still need a white jumper for this game only.

You saying it clashed?
Thought it worked well

Our home jumper clashes less.

A good jumper in isolation.

But when are the AFL going to realise clash means light vs light is replaced with light v dark.
